BodyBros exists for one reason: to keep classic vehicles on the road with body panels worthy of them.
We manufacture and supply reproduction body panels for the world's most restored classics — the Toyota Land Cruiser 40-Series, Land Rover Defender, first-generation Ford Bronco and Datsun 240Z — pressed to original factory profiles and shipped to restorers on every continent.
Why we started
Every restorer knows the moment: the truck is stripped, the media blasting is done, and daylight is showing through panels that looked solid a week ago. Original steel is fifty years gone from the parts counters, good used panels rusted the same way yours did, and hand-forming replacements costs more than the vehicle. That gap — between the vehicles the world wants to save and the steel available to save them — is the business we built.
What makes us different
We behave like a manufacturer, not a marketplace. Panels are pressed on dedicated tooling developed from original factory panels and checked against reference bucks for profile, flange geometry and hole placement. Listings tell you what a panel fits, what it's made of, whether it welds or bolts on, how long it takes to fit and what mistakes to avoid — written by people who have actually hung these panels on these vehicles.
Who we serve
Professional restoration shops, specialist Land Cruiser, Defender and Bronco builders, and first-time restorers doing one truck properly in a home garage. Around 60% of our panels leave the warehouse for international destinations: the United States, Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, South America and beyond.
The range
From a single door hinge to a complete jig-welded cab with doors — over 250 pressings and assemblies, growing continuously. If the panel you need isn't listed, ask us; tooling decisions are driven by what restorers request.
