BodyBros respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect

Information you provide when ordering or contacting us: name, email, phone, shipping and billing addresses, and order details. Payment card details are processed by our payment providers and are never stored on our systems. Like most websites, we also collect standard technical data (device, browser, pages visited) via cookies and similar technologies to run the store and understand how it's used.

How we use it

To fulfil orders (including sharing delivery details with freight carriers and customs authorities as required for international shipping); to respond to enquiries and provide fitment support; to improve the website and our product range; and, only if you opt in, to send restoration guides and product news you can unsubscribe from at any time.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers necessary to run the store — payment processors, freight carriers, and our ecommerce platform (Shopify) — each bound to protect it.

Essential cookies make the cart and checkout work; analytics cookies help us understand site use. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

Your rights

Depending on your location (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and Australian Privacy Act), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise them, contact us — we respond within 30 days.

Retention and security

Order records are kept as required for tax, warranty and legal purposes, then deleted or anonymised. Data is stored on Shopify's PCI-compliant infrastructure with access limited to staff who need it.
