Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide — from single hinges by courier to complete cabs by crated sea freight.

Where we ship

United States, Canada, Mexico, South America, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and most other destinations. If your country isn't offered at checkout, contact us for a freight quote — we have yet to find a restorer we couldn't reach.

How your order travels

Hardware, glass and patch panels ship by tracked international courier, typically 5–12 business days.
Individual panels (fenders, doors, hoods, floors) ship in purpose-built cartons with edge protection by courier or air freight, typically 1–3 weeks.
Large panels and assemblies (tubs, cabs, beds, roofs, chassis) travel in timber crates by sea freight to your nearest port or door, typically 4–10 weeks depending on destination and sailing schedules.

Duties, taxes and import

International orders may attract import duty and local taxes on arrival, calculated by your customs authority; these are the recipient's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise for your region. Commercial invoices declare accurate values and HS codes for smooth clearance. Restoration parts for vehicles over 30 years old enjoy reduced duty in some jurisdictions — ask your broker.

Receiving your delivery

Inspect before signing. Photograph crates and cartons on arrival, note any damage on the delivery receipt, and report transit damage to us within 48 hours with photos — every shipment is insured and we resolve damage claims quickly, but carriers require prompt documentation.

Lead times

In-stock items dispatch within 2–4 business days. Pre-order and custom-finish assemblies state their lead time on the product page. You'll receive tracking the day your order ships.
