If a panel isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-day returns

Unused panels in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Contact us first for a return authorisation — unauthorised returns can't be matched to orders and delay your refund.

What can be returned

Standard catalogue panels and hardware, unused and unmodified: no cutting, drilling, welding, sanding, priming or paint. Once preparation begins, a panel can't be resold and can't be returned — always trial-fit before any work.

What can't be returned

Custom-painted assemblies, pre-order and special-order items (stated on the product page), and glass that has been fitted. Freight charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility except where we shipped the wrong item or the item is defective.

Regional OEM variances

Some retro body and chassis parts differ slightly from country to country — the original manufacturers built these vehicles through different plants, and slight variances between markets are normal. These parts are expected to be DIY-fitted and adjusted to suit. Buyers will need to accommodate such variances, and we do not provide refunds for them.

Wrong item or defective panel

If we shipped the wrong part or the panel is outside our quality standards, we cover return freight and ship the correct item at our cost — or refund in full, your choice. Photos speed everything up.

Transit damage

Damage in shipping is an insurance claim, not a return: report within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and panel, and we'll resolve it — see Shipping & Delivery.

Refund timing

Refunds issue to the original payment method within 5 business days of the returned item passing inspection.
