Every order ships with tracking — here's how to follow it.
Finding your tracking number
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Large panels and crated freight ship separately from small parts and may arrive with their own tracking reference — check your inbox (and spam folder) for each shipment notification.
Tracking your package
Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your order directly on the carrier's website. For sea-freight crates, tracking updates less frequently than courier parcels — expect milestone updates (departed origin port, arrived destination port, released for delivery) rather than daily scans.
Haven't received a tracking number?
In-stock items dispatch within 2–4 business days; pre-order and custom-finish items ship according to the lead time on their product page. If it's been longer than that and you haven't had a shipping confirmation, contact us with your order number and we'll check on it.
Delivery issues
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, or if a crate or carton arrives damaged, photograph everything before signing and see our Shipping & Delivery page for how to report it.
