These terms govern your use of the BodyBros website and your purchase of products from BodyBros ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept these terms.
Products
Our products are reproduction body panels and related parts for classic vehicles. They are aftermarket reproduction parts, not original equipment, and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or manufactured by Toyota, Land Rover, Ford, Nissan or any original vehicle manufacturer. Vehicle model names are used solely to identify fitment.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in the currency shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfil. Pre-order items ship on the timeline stated on the product page.
Fitment responsibility
Fitment information is provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge. It remains the buyer's responsibility to confirm suitability for their specific vehicle before installation, and to trial-fit panels before preparation or paint. Installation of structural panels should be performed by competent persons; incorrectly installed structural components can affect vehicle safety.
Shipping, risk and title
Risk in the goods passes on delivery. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Import duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. Transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery as described on our Shipping page.
Returns and warranty
Returns are accepted as described on our Returns page. Products are warranted as described on our Warranty page. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to replacement or refund of the product purchased; nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law and equivalent protections in other jurisdictions.
Intellectual property
Website content, product photography and copy are our property and may not be reproduced without permission.
General
These terms may be updated from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
