The uncut problem

Most surviving early Broncos had their rear wheel arches cut for bigger tyres decades ago. Our uncut rear quarters and fenders restore the original arch line — the single change that does most for an early Bronco's value. Structure first

Bronco bodies rust from the floor up: pans, rockers and wheel housings first, then quarters and door bottoms. If the tub needs more than half its steel replaced, price a complete replica cab — jig-welded, in primer or custom paint — against panel-by-panel repair; the cab usually wins on both cost and straightness. For frame-off builds we also offer a full replica chassis built in the original style.
