Toyota Land Cruiser FJ45 Body Panels

The long-wheelbase Toyota Land Cruiser FJ45 pickup is rarer than the FJ40, worked harder in its life, and is now one of the most valuable trucks in the classic Land Cruiser world. This collection is the dedicated FJ45 range: cab panels, truck beds, bed fenders, back panels, roof panels and tailgates pressed to original profiles — plus the front-clip panels the FJ45 shares with the FJ40.

FJ45-specific steel

Behind the doors, the FJ45 is its own truck. The cab back panel (upper and lower), rear cab windows, roof panel, truck bed, bed fenders, protection rails and tailgate are all FJ45-only pressings, and all are reproduced here. Because most FJ45s spent decades on farms and stations, the bed floor, bed fenders and cab back panel are almost always rusted from the inside out — they trap every load, leaf and litre of water the truck ever carried.

Shared 40-Series panels

Front fenders, front bib, windscreen frame, firewall sections and hardware interchange with the FJ40 — those parts are tagged for both models and appear in both collections. If a panel is listed FJ40/FJ45, it fits either truck; match your build year as pressings changed across the 1960–1984 run.

Restoration order

On a typical FJ45 rebuild: cab floors and sills first, then the back panel assembly, then bed structure, then bolt-on panels. If the bed is beyond saving, a complete reproduction bed with new fenders and tailgate is usually cheaper than fabricating repairs — and it bolts on.

Are FJ45 cab panels different from FJ40?

Yes — everything behind the doors differs. Panels in this collection are either FJ45-specific or clearly marked as shared 40-Series pressings.

Will bed panels fit all FJ45 variants?
